David Kelly’s background for over 30 years is in property development, project management, engineering consultancy ( civil, structural and building/construction related) sustainability design and auditing / “greening” of commercial buildings to vastly improve their overall energy efficiency, various entrepreneurial business developments, and blockchain project development.

He holds qualifications/registrations in:

• Bachelor of Engineering- civil / structural
• Board of Professional Engineers Queensland (RPEQ)
• Registered Master Builder – commercial and residential
• Carpentry trade qualifications

This unique combination of skills has enabled David to look beyond providing standardized solutions needed in construction and development projects and deliver authentic solutions.

David has completed construction projects in all Australian States and Internationally. He previously sold a construction business that was the industry leader in its sector.

David then worked Internationally in the investment banking sector developing several international projects. 

David Currently has been the consulting development and sustainability manager for one of Australia’s largest companies with over 270 sites.
